We inspect scratches, surface wear and existing finishes, then recommend the appropriate scope for the watch’s material and condition.
Brushed & polished surfaces
Careful work considers the contrast between finishes, edges and transitions. We discuss the practical limits before work begins.
Repair & restoration enquiries
Damage that needs more than surface refinishing is assessed individually. Repair feasibility, parts and costs are confirmed after inspection.
Tell us whether preserving wear, maintaining a vintage appearance or improving a particular area matters most to you. Refinishing and movement service are separate choices.

Is the assessment free?
Yes. The initial assessment is complimentary. We provide a quote, and work begins only after your approval.
How long does refinishing take?
Typically around two weeks. Condition, scope of work and parts availability determine the final timeframe, which we confirm after assessment.
Can I request movement servicing without polishing?
Yes. Mechanical servicing and exterior refinishing are separate choices. You can request servicing without polishing the case or bracelet.
Does the two-year warranty cover refinishing?
The two-year warranty applies specifically to complete mechanical movement servicing. It is not a general two-year warranty on polishing or refinishing.
